For an elderly gentleman with incipient dementia, we are looking for an empathetic, reliable and discreet senior caregiver with experience in dealing with dementia. The couple lives in an easily accessible single-family house; the wife is still working. A housekeeper, a driver and another caregiver are already employed. An attractive long-term employment in an appreciative environment in the city of Zurich is offered, start asap.

Your tasks
- Accompaniment and assistance of the employer throughout the day
- Preparation of breakfast
- Administration and monitoring of medications and supplements according to specifications
- Assistance with showering, dressing and applying cream
- Support in everyday life while maintaining independence
- No nursing tasks
- Accompaniment to appointments (there is a driver)
Your profile
- Empathetic, flexible and adaptable personality with experience in accompanying patients with dementia
- Discretion and respectful interaction are a matter of course for you
- Non-smoker
- Good English skills are important
- Willingness to consistently follow and implement existing rules
- Enjoyment of accompanying the employer in everyday life and supporting his independence
- Ability to work in a team
- You already live in the greater Zurich area
Workload and working hours
The workload is approx. 60%. The working days and working hours are determined by arrangement. The start of the job takes place immediately or by appointment.
