For a renowned, international law firm based in ZH Enge, we are looking for a Personal Assistant with drive, organizational talent and entrepreneurial mindset. Due to a planned expansion, an experienced reinforcement is urgently needed who can integrate seamlessly into an existing team and independently take over all assistance tasks for the owner. It is imperative that you bring experience and references from similar positions, as well as the appropriate mindset for this responsible task. You will be offered a varied, exciting position with long-term prospects in a lively environment and attractive conditions. The start should be as soon as possible.

Area of responsibility:

   Appointment management both in a professional and private setting for the owner
   Processing of emails in German and English
   You organize the incoming mail and distribute it to the lawyers
   Manage time-sensitive requests and administrative tasks
   You pursue specific projects and tasks delegated by the owner
   You communicate efficiently with all team members to keep to the timeline for projects
   You may accompany the owner on short business trips
   You organize the available cars
   Further tasks arise as needed

 

Your profile:

   You have experience from a law firm or as a PA for C-level executives/ CEO/ family office
   You have high standards for yourself and your work
   You identify 100% with your tasks and bring a high hands-on mentality and willingness to serve
   You are a team player, but you work and organize yourself independently
   You maintain open and honest communication
   You can deal with intensive work situations and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
   You are a well-groomed person who is open to future new work tools, such as AI
   You are fluent in German and English
   Knowledge of Outlook, MS Teams, mobile phone and software for lawyers is required

Start: by arrangement, as soon as possible

Working hours: 100% workload, Mon-Fri between 7.30 a.m. and 5/7 p.m., readiness for a certain availability on weekends if required should be available
