Area of responsibility:

  • Organization and coordination of the household as well as all errands
  • Efficient communication and coordination with nanny, housekeeper and other service providers
  • Sorting invoices, mails and forwarding them to the accounting department
  • Assistance with travel arrangements, occasional accompaniment to other places of residence
  • management: booking restaurants, recruiting Nannies and household staff, Interviews, on board, distribute and manage phones, uniforms etc., dealing with any administrative issues
  • Manage time-sensitive requests and administrative tasks
  • You pursue specific projects and tasks delegated by the employer

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position (PA/EA/House Manager), ideally in an international environment) with references
  • Ideally, fluent English as well as good knowledge of German, at least fluent English
  • Independent, discreet and structured way of working, hands on mentality
  • Flexibility and willingness to work occasionally at other locations in Switzerland and internationally, by arrangement
  • Availability on weekends

Start: as soon as possible, by arrangement

Working hours:

  • Full-time, usually Mon-Fri, with availability for weekends
