Experienced Nanny, E/G, 60%, 8132 Egg/ ZH

For a sympathetic family with a bright little girl, 2 years old, we are looking for an experienced nanny who speaks fluent English. A pedagogical training is an advantage, alternatively you have several years of experience as a nanny and at a daycare center. Long-term employment is offered with a lot of freedom and attractive conditions. A housekeeper is available. The start is planned asap. A second child is due at the end of the year; means you would be responsible for 2 kids starting in the middle of 2026 when the mum will go back to work. If you need a second position in addition to this one, the family could offer 2 days in another family in Kusnacht for 2 days with a separated work contract.

Area of responsibility:

• Active, diverse and age-appropriate support for the girl
• Daily outdoor activities, whatever the weather
• After familiarization, you are welcome to go on short excursions, e.g. to the zoo or lake
• Adherence to existing routines regarding sleeping and eating
• Shared care for the baby together with the mum for the first 6 months, then sole charge

Your profile:

• You have several years of experience as a nanny, preferably with a pedagogical background
• You see childcare as a matter of the heart and not as a job
• You are a down-to-earth, active person who enjoys nature and a variety of activities at home and outdoors
• Your interaction is loving and cordial with the ability to set boundaries
• You like to get involved in the family and want to build a trusting relationship with them
• You are a non-smoker
• You have a driver’s license and driving experience, a car would be an advantage
• You are fluent in English

Start: by arrangement

Working hours:

• 60%
• Tue and Thu all day, 7.30/ 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
• Wednesday morning 7.30/ 8 a.m. -12/1 p.m.
