In the exclusive, spacious villa with a very large park, exclusive dinners and vernissages are regularly held. For the maintenance of the villa and the garden, an experienced couple is being sought, live-in, who will be in charge of cleanliness and maintenance, help with the preparation of the events and ensure the safety of the property in the absence of the employers. A long-term position of trust in a very nice family with very attractive condition is offered. The position should take place as soon as possible, by arrangement.

Housekeeper:
- Cleaning of all premises and household support
- Responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance of the entire interior
- laundry
- Coordination and supervision of craftsmen
- Organization and provision of the entire property for spontaneous occasions and celebrations
- Assistance at events and vernissages
- On-call service and maintenance of the alarm system
- Dog walks if needed
- Compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines
- Care and maintenance of the garden and terrace area
- Responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance of the entire interior and exterior
- General caretaker services for various properties
- Operation and maintenance of all technical equipment and systems
- Organisation, coordination and monitoring of external craftsmen and gardeners
- Independent execution of minor repairs
- Chauffeur services
- Maintenance and cleaning of the vehicle fleet
- Organization and provision of the entire property for spontaneous occasions and celebrations
- Assistance at events and vernissages
- On-call service and maintenance of the alarm system
- Dog walks
Handyman:
- Care and maintenance of the garden and terrace area

What should you bring with you?
- Several years of experience with excellent references from exclusive households
- Impeccable reputation

- You both have a driver's license, a car is provided
- You speak German or English at a good level
- High flexibility and adaptability
Start: possible immediately or by appointment
Working hours:
- Full-time, by arrangement, 2 days off/week
- Readiness for weekend assignments desired
